Regarding Prescription Refill Requests
In the interest of safety and efficiency, NeuroSpine Center of WI, S.C.’s policy is not to refill prescription medications outside of regular business hours. For that reason, we ask that you request all medication refills at the time of your scheduled appointment.
The only medications that will be prescribed or refilled will be those about the condition for which you are being treated in this office. You should contact your primary care physician regarding all other prescription needs.
If you need a medication refill between scheduled visits, you may contact our office Monday through Friday between 8 am to 4 pm by calling (920) 882-8200. In most cases, our staff will need to speak with you about the medication and dosage before phoning or writing a prescription. For that reason, we ask that if you are transferred to a voicemail recording, you leave your name and phone number so that we may return your call promptly.
Whenever possible, please request refills 3-4 days before you run out of medication.
