Casey M. Brown, DO, is a board-certified physiatrist committed to providing compassionate pain treatment to help his patients achieve the highest quality of life. Dr. Brown practices at NeuroSpine Center of Wisconsin, with offices in Appleton, Oshkosh, North Fond du Lac, and Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
Dr. Brown graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder before attending the Des Moines University's College of Osteopathic Medicine in Iowa. After graduating, he continued his medical training with an internship at the Pacific Hospital of Long Beach in California, where he was named Compassionate Intern of the Year.
His residency at the University of Utah Health Sciences Center in Salt Lake City helped him gain expertise in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Brown focuses on patient-centered care, in which he carefully listens to concerns, informs his patients about all aspects of their condition and treatment options, and collaborates with them to find the best path forward.
As a physiatrist at NeuroSpine Center of Wisconsin, Dr. Brown works with his patients to accurately diagnose and effectively treat their pain. He focuses on more conservative treatment measures such as physical therapy, medication, and steroid injections.
Dr. Brown specializes in osteopathic medicine, further emphasizing conservative approaches to medicine and assisting the body to heal itself with osteopathic manipulative therapy when appropriate.
Dr. Brown has been practicing in Northeastern Wisconsin since 2011. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Deann, and their daughter, Bailey. They enjoy water sports, snow skiing, and travel.
