Olga Hornsby, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at NeuroSpine Center of Wisconsin in Appleton, Oshkosh, North Fond du Lac, and Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Olga specializes in orthopedic spine surgery and collboraotes closely with Orthopedic Spine Surgeon William S. Bodemer, providing expert assistance in surgical procedures and comprehensive patient care. At the practice, Olga evaluates new and established patients and enjoys providing patients with help, advice, and guidance throughout the surgical process.

Olga earned her Bachelor of Science in kinesiology and exercise physiology from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Olga began her career in clinical rheumatology. She later transitioned into orthopedic spine surgery to pursue her passion for learning about the spine and desire to have a more hands-on practice. She was trained at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and worked closely with a multidisciplinary team to diagnose and treat several degenerative spine diseases, congenital traumatic conditions, and cancer.

Olga enjoys providing compassionate patient care in all aspects of orthopedic spine surgery. She has experience in outpatient clinical settings, inpatient hospital care, surgery, and telemedicine. She also enjoys educating and precepting physician assistant students.


Olga was born and raised in the Czech Republic and lived in Southern California for ten years before moving to Wisconsin. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, loves to visit Door County in the fall, and often travels with her two children to see family in Europe.
